Daddy at Home Season 5 (2026)

It is based on the national three-child policy and focuses on the social phenomenon of “stay-at-home fathers” in childcare. It invites four fathers who take full-time responsibility for caring for their children to embark on a 100-day “dad in charge” life experience. The new season will present a comprehensive upgrade across four dimensions—family structures, emotional stories, parenting approaches, and segment design. What changes is the use of new family dynamics to tell more universal and engaging family stories; what remains unchanged is the commitment to authenticity, genuine emotions, and sincere content presentation.
